We then move onto a goal section, this includes:
- Rating your health, diet, alcohol consumption and more
- Setting your goals (short, medium and long term)
- Making note of your body shape, for this you will require a tape measure (this is of course confidential, it is simply there to remind you on how far you have come)
- Memory improvement. I will show you how to remember up to a possible 80 memories (in order)

The main content of the planner itself:
- At the beginning of each day there is a section called “today’s thought’s” where I advise you fill out daily. This is where we plan tasks that may cause us problems or indeed tasks that we simply cannot wait for!
- We then move on to the main chunk of the planner, this is entirely up to you how much or how little you plan to do each day. However, I do recommend sticking to a strict schedule of between at least 0600-2000hrs each day, if you truly wish to see results!
- Your end of day thoughts are next, here is where we sum up each day. We look at stresses, things we done above and beyond and so on.
- We finish each day will a positive quote to remind you how well you are doing!
End of week review:
- For the end of week review, we re-measure ourselves (to see how much we have improved, imagine comparing week 11, to week 1! the results will be phenomenal! – Having a visual guide to how far you have come is how this planner works.
- We compare alcohol consumption and exercise.
- Check our results in the memory section and see how well our memory has improved.
- Describe how unbelievably amazing we feel each week.
- We then take a photo of our progress, upload it to My Oppo’s social media platforms in order to inspire others.
- We then flick to the back page and upload all of our progressions onto the graph provided! Here we can actually see our outstanding progress all on one page.
End of month review:
- Here we assess our exercise, our alcohol intake, stress levels, health and of course how many times have we completed the planner! (we cannot complain the planner isn’t working unless we are of course putting the time and effort in!)
- We describe how unbelievably amazing we feel each each month.
- Finally, once again we take a photo and upload it to My Oppo’s page!
