How can we help?

Online support

We are able to put you in touch with other people going through similar situations via our private social media group. Here, you will be able to take advice from individuals who are also supporting their loved ones with PTSD. Our online support services also offer zoom meetings where you can safely discuss your situation and have a safe place to talk.

Face to face meetings

If you would like to meet for a coffee or a walk down the beach to have a chat with someone going through something similar we are able to arrange this.

Activities

We are able to provide weekly activities at a local community centre in order to help you relax and unwind. These activities include a session of Reiki with a qualified Reiki practitioner, yoga, guided meditation and much more.

A range of programmes and workshops: helping to develop coping techniques for PTSD

The self-help programme will involve a range of activities to help families and people with PTSD develop self-help techniques to help cope with PTSD. Our programme will involve workshops with various specialists such as Psychotherapists, life coaches and counsellors. You will also have access to online fitness classes, guided meditation and yoga classes. More information on this is to follow.
